How long will it take for my goods to be delivered after I purchase?

In order for Top Dog Plant Food to dispatch your goods we must first receive your order including cleared funds.

		Bank Transfer
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service	As long as you make a purchase before 14:00 your order will arrive the following day.	As long as you complete your application form and your payment has cleared our account before 14:00 your order will arrive the next day. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for your funds to clear our account depending on who you bank with.
Royal Mail First Class Service	Your order should arrive between 1-3 days from your date of purchase.	As soon as you have completed the application form and your funds have cleared our account your order will be dispatched.

Will Top Dog Plant Food deliver to my country?

Top Dog Plant Food is based in the UK with the majority of our customer base also being located in the UK. We are also able to dispatch our product worldwide using Royal Mail's AirSure service. We currently only deliver to European countries with the exception of the following: Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway. Orders placed by consumers residing in these countries will be refunded minus an administration fee. Please be aware that orders to the rest of the world are subject to an additional delivery charge of £8.95. Please choose the overseas payment option at time of purchase.

Is my overseas order insured in transit?

Any order sent overseas is done so entirely at the buyers own risk, Top Dog Plant Food will dispatch your order to your country via Royal Mail’s AirSure service which gives priority handling in both the UK and abroad. Any order lost, stolen or confiscated is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if there are severe weather conditions?

On the occasion when there are severe weather conditions (e.g. severe snow) Royal Mail, our courier, will often extend the time in which it takes for them to deliver post, therefore causing some orders to be delayed. If you have placed an order with us using the Special Delivery option we can supply you with tracking information so that you can see where in the postal network your package is. In order to do this we will require you to provide your full name and postal address including your postal code for where you want your purchase to be delivered.
